How much does shipping cost?

Auzena Maree Cosmetics primarily ships with the following carriers:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Where do you deliver?

Auzena Maree Cosmetics delivers to:

  • Addresses within the U.S.
  • U.S. Territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after it is processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in processing your order due to a high volume of orders or other reasons, you will be contacted via email.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@auzenamaree.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Therefore, it's crucial to reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure the address can be updated before shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). This email will also provide instructions on how to track your order. Typically, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours after you receive the email. How do I know if I have received my complete order?

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents to ensure that you have received everything you ordered.
